The best way to reach us is by email: hello@logicpuzzlelab.com. We read every message, and we reply to questions, error reports and permission requests.
Reporting a puzzle error
Every puzzle is checked by a solver that proves it has one solution, so a genuine error is rare, but a wrong clue, a typo in a logic grid story or a printing problem can still slip through. We would much rather hear about it than not.
To help us find it quickly, include:
- the address of the page, or the name of the printable pack and its page number
- the puzzle type, level or size, and the puzzle number if it shows one
- what you expected and what happened, for example the row and column of a cell the Check button marked wrong
Other reasons to write
Tell us about anything that makes the site hard to use, whether that is keyboard play, contrast or the large print PDFs; the accessibility page describes what we've done so far. Suggestions for new puzzle types, sizes or themes are welcome.
If you'd like to use our puzzles in a way the terms of use don't already allow, such as in a newsletter or a printed book, ask by email and we will usually say yes.
